Where is my order confirmation?
You placed an order! As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you didn’t receive an email, please check your spam folder
Error message. Why is this happening?
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address has to match exactly what your bank has on file. Double check all of your information closely and look for any typos. Sometimes re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information works!
My order won’t go through. What should I do?
Everything is in your cart and your ready to submit! If you’re still receiving an error message after checking over your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. Whatever you do, only click the place/submit order button once. We would hate for your card to be authorized more than once by a mistake.
How do I apply a promo code at checkout?
At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the text box that says “Discount code.”
What size should I order?
We understand that all of our beautiful customers are different shapes and sizes, and sometimes it is difficult to shop online because you can’t try your items on. We created a sizing chart to help you decide which size would be best for you. For each item there are specific details, so don’t forget to check there.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Once the shipping confirmation e-mail has been sent, your order will typically arrive within 7-14 days. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
Can I cancel my order?
please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to cancel your order. We are only able to cancel orders if the order has not already shipped. Please keep in mind that we try to ship out packages as quickly as possible so requests for cancellations should be sent as soon as possible.
What if my package is Lost/Damaged/Unclaimed/Stolen?
Simply Serene Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, unclaimed, and or stolen. When the package leaves Simply Serene Boutique facilities, this issue is between the customer and the post/shipping service chosen. All shipments have tracking included in the shipping options. Please go online to your carriers website and a request.
